I have an OLED from them that’s 5 years old or so now, I have never once updated it or used any of the software beyond switching inputs and screen/color settings. It’s sad if it sounds like it’s getting to the point where you can’t just use a screen as a dumb screen as an option, I never minded smart features… as long as I never had to use them.
It’s weird that the number one search engine in modern times is so finicky, perhaps just has become way over-engineered and over-rigged. Just index the web, at a certain point they went from search engine to arbiter of what people can find.
yeah it needs to be robust enough to keep a trail so it can detect leaks and predict, and perhaps eventually identify vpn nodes, like Reddit will often block my request when I’m on VPN so there may be a way to smartly disregard certain requests from being counted as the true location, this seems really complicated the more I think about it though
Me too. It took me few paragraphs at least. The speed of progress is such and the description of the technology obfuscated enough that I honestly thought: ”Wait, what? We can do what now?”
Thanks for saying this, I thought it was real. I didn't read the whole thing and didn't see the Fiction tag haha. I thought "Wow, this guy is extremely close to the Blade Runner guy that does eyes. I guess the future is already here more than I thought."
>Hannibal Chew: Don't know, I don't know such stuff. I just do eyes, ju-, ju-, just eyes... just genetic design, just eyes. You Nexus, huh? I design your eyes.
>Batty: Chew, if only you could see what I've seen with your eyes!
