It drives me crazy to no end forcing the dollar to depreciate by generating inflation by any means... pushes people into the stock market while corporate c-suite get stocks as bonuses while the masses auto-buy stocks each paycheck through retirement accounts, hoping to keep their money ahead of inflation, pushing stocks up regardless of what true valuation. Thusly giving free money to the already rich through higher valuations... hoping that their retirement accounts can stay in front of inflation when the Fed generates inflation on purpose... the dollar would be worth more than 20 years ago otherwise, and the super-mega rich would only be just very rich.
