Your Privacy.com account (“Account”) consists of Visa® and/or Mastercard® charge cards (either “Card” or “Cards”) issued by Patriot Bank, N.A. (“Bank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which are secured by a reserve account (“Secured Account”) established and held by Bank for your benefit. Your Cards are charge cards, which access a line of credit provided by Bank.

@@>=== Your Cards are not debit cards or prepaid cards.

The Card program is managed by the Bank’s agent and service provider, Lithic, Inc. (formerly known as Pay with Privacy, Inc.) (“Program Manager”), doing business as Privacy.com.

Wow, so they are no longer prepaid cards, more like a credit card now.
