Author here. I wanted to share that Effective Haskell is now out of beta and available as both a DRM-free eBook and available in print. Since I've finished writing the book, I've been working on putting up some extra content at https://effective-haskell.com. The site is still quite a work in progress, but there are solutions to the exercises in the first half of the book so far, plus detailed descriptions of each exercise and chapter.

Hello, I bought your book a while back (ePub). To get this version, will I need to purchase it again?

You don't need to buy it again to get the final release of the eBook. You can download the latest version of the book from the orders page on pragprog. Unfortunately you will need to buy it again if you want a print copy.

This looks like an interesting book. PragProg used to do deals on both the PDF and print combos, anything like that now? (I didn't see anything).

Unfortunately I don't think so. Since PragProg doesn't directly sell the print copies, so I don't think they have a lot of control over bundling. Seem to remember some of the print books might have a discount code for the ebook, but I'm not certain- and I haven't received my own print copy yet to check.

That's a lie if I've ever heard one
