When did notch get his own cult?


Somewhere around the time he made $140,000,000 selling an indie game to gobs of people who love to create, then announced he was writing another game which included a CPU.


OK so the ABI is kindof a mess, and the IO spec isn't finished yet etc. But it's fun to hack on something in your spare time with a community around it.
