One day my friend asked me why MidJourney, Diffusion and DallE could not generate game sprite sheet that's usable.
It either gives you inconsistent character, or not aligned motions, or hard to remove the background.
I dug deeper into this problem and realized it's actually a video generation problem.
I started to try training a few models, adding the latest SOTA video generation techniques from papers and optimize the models for the needs in game, like dynamic motion, single color background, character consistency, etc.
