Absolutely weak, but worse it’s incredibly expensive. Until Israel can play nice with their neighbors we should not be funding them (or their immediate neighbors). It’s a death spiral of endless spending to keep corrupt assholes in power whose only purpose is job security. If the ICC wants to handle this equitably then I say let the ICC prosecute them all.
