Classic deflection approach to not having to discuss your own torrid actions in X, is to LOOK OVER THERE.

Not buying it.

This isn't true for my local (non-US) version of Google Search, but I have no reason to doubt that it is real and deliberate. The magnitude, sophistication, and sheer audacity of mass manipulation by tech giants nowadays dwarfs anything seen under the so-called "authoritarian" regimes of the 20th century.

The infographic that you see is not autocomplete. Autocomplete on Google stops if you type "President Donald Tr"

on Bing.com it shows plenty of results after that. eg "Donald Trump News" , "Donald Trump Democrat or Republican", "Website" etc etc.

“President T” completes normally. Given that “President donald regan” makes no sense, I’m going to guess this isn’t purposeful election interference.

Now, posting a fake Kamala Harris ad using an AI generated clone of her voice on the social media platform that you own, thats election interference.

"President Trump", "Donald Trump" complete normally, and suggest "45th US President".

I think it had something to do with the recent attempted assassination. I tried a few related phrases and it won't complete. This is a reasonable censorship (though I don't agree with).

There are plenty of quirks. Like "president joe biden" only completes "~ expressway", which is hardly a popular topic, while many previous presidents have a long list of relevant things.

I searched Tronald Dump recently and got this.

I typed in the same query just now and got identical search suggestions.

I can't reproduce this. In fact, when I type "Don" Google suggests "Donald Trump 45th U.S. President."

If there was some kind of filtering happening, I was going to guess it had something to do with all the recent attention to the search history of the Pennsylvania shooter. But now it seems like even if there was some kind of filtering happening, it's since been deactivated.

Ironically, Elon Musk retweeted a deepfake Friday of Donald Trump's political opponent...

Type in "Pandora Papers" and then "Zelen.." it stops autocomplete.

It does complete with a weird spelling of Zelensky or with "Ukraine President" but NOT with either Volodymyr or Zelensky.

No such issues with Bing.
