This was flagged because the title's a bit clickbaity but I found the article fascinating.


I was very disappointed by the flagging, which I felt like must have been a product of only reading the title + not knowing the source. I thought we did better than that around here.

I also found this extremely fascinating. Where else can you find a conversation like this, with such a major player in economics?

One thing I learned about was the tragic economic mistake made by Japan, when a representative signed the Plaza Accord in 1985. This apparently lead to "the lost decade."
