now, hunk editing, reviewing hunk by hunk workflow is back in fashion in coding agents workflow.

I am wondering what's the best tool for this job.

I usually let coding agent commit then review it after, but this approach sometimes results "obvious" bugs being introduced which i'd have caught right away if i had done hunk level review/editing.
