Oh god, I hate online billing. I try to download my statements every month from a cron job, and some are fairly easy to script with WWW::Mechanize, others are monstrous. My retirement account statement actually kicks you out if it can figure out that it's a robot doing the access... as if this is an inherently evil status.

Please, please, please, whoever writes for this... make automated statement downloads a thing. Make it a fucking default option.
